Speckled Stoneware Cappuccino Mug, Handmade Ceramic Coffee Cup (330ml)

This is the shape I reach for when I want a proper cappuccino at home, something wide enough for plenty of milk foam.

Before firing, I scattered dark speckles, a bit like grains of pepper, over the freshly glazed surface. In the kiln they melt and spread, so every mug ends up with its own unique pattern.

It's wheel-thrown from stoneware and glazed in a soft white with this speckled finish.

Dimensions and care:

• Dimensions: approximately 10 cm wide (without handle), 7.5 cm tall, 330 ml capacity
• Material: stoneware
• Finish: soft white glaze with a dark speckled pattern that forms uniquely on each piece during firing, glossy interior, food safe and non-toxic
• Care: dishwasher and microwave safe, though hand washing keeps the glaze looking its best over time

Suitable for:

• Cappuccino or latte: a wide, 330 ml cup with plenty of room for milk foam.
• Everyday coffee or tea: sturdy stoneware that handles daily washing up.

Each mug is shaped and glazed by hand, so the speckled pattern on yours is unique, no two are exactly alike.
