Each piece is handmade and carefully packaged, but in rare cases items can be damaged in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged:

  1. Email me at jogita@jogitaartstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. I will send you a replacement free of charge — there is no need to return the damaged item.
  3. If a replacement is not available, I will offer a full refund or store credit.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect the standard return policy for change-of-mind returns.

Where I ship from

I'm based in Latvia, in the European Union — every order ships directly from here. If you're outside the EU, it's worth checking your country's import rules before ordering.

Customs & import taxes

Depending on your country's regulations, additional customs fees may apply. Orders shipped to the United States already have customs duties included in the price — no extra charge on delivery. For all other countries, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.

Yes — I'm based in Latvia, part of the EU, so orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.

Do you ship to the US?
Yes — I ship worldwide from my studio in Latvia (European Union). For US orders, customs duties are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.

Do you ship to the UK, Switzerland, or Norway?
Yes — though these countries are outside the EU customs union, so local customs or VAT charges may apply on delivery. It's worth checking your country's import rules before ordering.
