Blue Ombre Stoneware Mug, Handmade Ceramic Coffee Cup

Some mornings call for a cup that feels a little different in your hands.

This mug is wheel-thrown from stoneware clay, then dipped in a reactive blue glaze that moves and shifts in the kiln.

No two cups come out the same. The glaze pools darker at the base and lightens toward the rim, so each mug has its own little ombre pattern.

I shaped the handle to sit comfortably for most hands, with enough room for a finger or two.

Suitable for:

• Morning coffee or tea: a 300 ml capacity, enough for a generous cup.
• Everyday use: sturdy stoneware that can handle daily washing up.
• Gifting: a one-of-a-kind handmade mug for someone who likes their morning ritual.

• Material: stoneware clay
• Finish: blue reactive glaze, dark navy interior, ombre effect from base to rim
• Dimensions: approx. 10 cm wide (rim to handle), 7 cm tall, 300 ml capacity
• Care: dishwasher and microwave safe, though hand washing keeps the glaze looking its best over time

Every mug is shaped and glazed by hand, so the glaze pattern on yours will be unique.
