I love butter that's soft enough to spread straight from the dish, so I made this French butter dish for exactly that.
It's glazed in a deep, dark blue with a textured lid that I shaped by hand, giving it a bit of grip and character.
Dimensions and care:
- Dimensions: approx. 12 cm diameter, 8 cm tall, holds about 200g of butter
- Material: stoneware
- Finish: deep dark blue glaze with a textured lid, food safe and non-toxic
- Care: dishwasher safe, hand washing keeps the glaze looking its best over time
Suitable for:
- Soft, spreadable butter: fill the base with a little water to create an airtight seal, press your butter into the lid, and it stays fresh and ready to spread without the fridge.
- Everyday breakfast table: a practical piece that brings a bit of French charm to your morning routine.
- Gifting: a handmade dish with its own character, a nice find for anyone who loves to cook or bake.
Every piece is shaped and glazed by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
